Arrival: Malpensa, Milano
Begin with your gate meeting where your new best friend Simone – your driver - who will escort you to your vehicle with a fully stocked mini-bar with all of your favorite things. Then its off to your 5 star hotel in Piedmont with a spa specializing in wine massages and a Michelin star restaurant just off the lobby. So you play it low key to settle in on your first day. The next 8 days are filled with Michelin stars, river tours of private palazzi, truffle hunting with trained dogs, truffle markets, selected boutique winery visits, La Traviata during Giuseppe Verde week in the historic Teatro Regia di Parma, a helicopter transfer between regions with a stop at the Cipriani for a bellini on the way, a private cocktail cave tour, tea with the Contessa after a personal tour of her private collection, hidden trattorias with the best home cooked meal of your life, a tour of a 150 year old acetaia, exclusive shopping with special pom613 discounts two days at a royal palace with your own private staff. Where Parmigiano Reggiano comes from a wheel, truffles are unearthed, Bolognese clings to freshly cut hand made egg pasta and Mortadella is a truly exquisite experience. We will take to through an ethereal journey of the senses beginning with the finest collection of artisans all under one roof. Davide Paolini - Gastronauta - created Taste, a fine selection of over 170 of Italy's niche enogastronomic artisans is dedicated to the revelation of regional diversity and organic products.
We will begin our adventure visiting the fair at Stazione Leopoldo in Florence and continue on visiting many of the participants and dining in eateries who champion their products.

An enchanted city sanctuary in the midst of Florence, where an art-filled Renaissance palazzo and conventino frame a centuries-old private park. Relax amidst original frescoes and sculptured reliefs, graced by sunlight and airy garden vistas. Sip espresso under majestic trees, lounge by the open-air pool or bask in Italian spa secrets.

Day 2 - Monday March 18th
- Tour Taste - INTRODUCTION to the show with special "just for pom613 tastings" and a Wine Walk with Fillipo Bartolotti from Le Baccanti - Italy's number one wine connoisseur. He will break it down for you and ease you into the world of Italian wines.

Day 3 - Tuesday March 19th
- La Bottega del Cioccolato - Taste is essential element in terms of understanding the quality of chocolate. Andrea Bianchini winner of the best chocolatier in the world will personally guide us through the world of the finest aphrodisiac in all of its forms.
- Lunch at L'Universita' della Bistecca - Maestro of meat and Dante reciting Tuscan butcher will perfectly grill us sublime Tuscan steaks at his new eatery after a tour of his legendary butcher shop below.
- Surprise winery visit in Chianti Classico - tastes sights delights!
- Dinner at Nove in Florence

Day 4 - Wednesday March 20th
- Truffle Hunt in Pineta Put on your hiking boots - we are going into the pine forests along the sea with the President of the Truffle Consortium and his trusty dogs! The more we find the more truffles at lunch!!!
- Lunch at La Pineta - The most amazing seaside restaurant - Michelin starred with fish plucked from the sea prepared and served by Chef Luciano! And of course Truffles galore!
- Coffee Roaster - What better after lunch activity than a coffee lesson? We will see why Tuscans are such impressive roasters, why we don't have cappuccino after dinner and just what makes a perfect espresso perfect during our tour of a Tuscan roaster.
- Dinner at Zibibbo Benedetta Vitali - James Beard award winner for her book Soffritto is the most wonderful chef in Florence - presneting all of the classics in a light artistic way with a killer wine selection.

Day 5 - Thursday March 21th
- Lunch at Michelin Starred La Dispensa di Amerigo - Driven by the quest for maximum quality local produce to be used for traditional dishes. These dishes are transformed to more modern representations - a reflection of the soul of the Italian countryside, a subtle balance of rustic and elegant, reflecting the Bolognese gastronomic culture and history.
- Hombre - Organic Parmigiano-Reggiano and Maserati all in one place! Experience the real Parmigiano-Reggiano and learn why it is so special and that no, it does not come in a green can! Private Maserati museum on the Premises - a passion of the owner Umberto Panini.
- Dinner at Osteria La Francescana - Massimo Bottura has two Michelin Stars and deserves an entire constellation. Emilia Romania in it's purest form. It is a pom613 favorite and we are sure it will be yours too!

Day 6 - Friday March 22th
- Acetaia - Balsamic vinegar the real deal from two official consortium in Modena. You will be privy to the centuries of refinement of the ancient Etruscan sweetener.
- Antica Corte Pallavicina - An incredible aging cave housing the countries' top chefs' personal culetello and Parmigianino. We will explore the traditions of curing the finest cut of pork right into the kitchen with Chef Massimo for a cooking lesson then sit down to lunch prepared by us!
- Drinks at O'Perbacco - Thomas Rossi's enoteca that has given new meaning to the word "bollicine" Champagne and local Lambrusco flow to whet our appetites for our dinner next door.
- Dinner La Clinica Gastronomica di Arnaldo - Italy's longest standing Michelin star houses the finest Emilia Romania tradition of Bollito. Seven meats, seven sauces. One of the finest wine collections in the country and a meal you won't forget!
